Simple it can be But its a cyclist dream. Damn this bike worth over 10K. Let alone this pair of wheels. Are able to buy down 4 pieces of car's sport rims.
Some might wondered. Who the hell to pay so much for this. There is alot out there. Perhaps the senior executives wants it. For the class, the prestige it has.
This life. Want good stuffs. Make sure you are in the level. Otherwise dun bother to think about it.
Want it?? Work for it.. But at times even if you can get it. It just doesnt suit you. There are still many riders out there. Having a go at this top end bicycle. Who cares if you are fellow teammate. You can just be simply cast aside.

Leaving one place would be hard to forget. Leaving someone would be harder to forget. Leaving at times might be some little way out. Leaving might make you feels sad.
At times you leave when there is really no choice. No more other alternatives. Thats why you will chose to leave. To leave at times can also say as to hide. What the farewell mean to you. Only you will know.
I leaving my work soon.. Real soon.. Likely to be around mid of April. There is still alot of holding back factor.
My Team I guess this is the 2nd place where I find this bond. Seniors are always helpful. Imparting the knowledge which you thirst for.
My Friends Graduated with me from SP. From classmates to colleague. The friendship that we have.
But these few are still not enough. Still lacking of some particular reasons. Will my resignation knock some sense to the management? Will my resignation be good to some other party?
Anyway Im leaving. So how to make the last few weeks to be a memorable ones? I will try to clear as much shit as possible.. Build up my contacts. Guess that these only things I can do.

This word is likely to come out from everyone. Some can come so easily. Yet when you does make one. Fulfil it. Thats what I would normally do.
Sometimes some promise came easily Because of some reasons. It will came so naturally. By the time you knew it. It was already say out.
Will the promise do you harm or good. Do you chance or waste your time. Sometime, some promise will make u look like a fool. No matter what. When the promise is made, It shall not be broken. Otherwise it shall be deemed as shit.
Life out there wouldnt be so easy. Sometimes you do not know how people feel. You do not know what people think. So its kinda F.O.S in short for Full of Shit, If you do not know..
But promise ever made by me, Ben. Will be ever be that way. Hold on... Still there is a date for the completion of this promise. And a few hidden clause to it. Once there.. Then shall see what would it be then.

How to define appreciate? On what basis then its counted? Is there any output needed? Or any actions to be done? How to justify if its worth doing? Is it worth sacrificing for others? It will come to an end if there is any result.
If you feel what you done isnt appreciated by some other. I guess its more or less better stop doing. No point getting oneself hurt on the process. Why not getting your focus on some other. At least there will be response. Rather than waiting.. Only finding you when theres no one around. Which means you are the one in the boot.. :- SPARE TYRE.
On work how to know if your work is appreciated? Through promotions? Increment? Responsibilities? Or recongition? If all are in, then the effort you placed in your job are worthwhile.
On the above 2 examples are the daily routine life. Where appreciation expected are likely to be seen more easily. If there is no end results to any. Then why for getting so much done. For the former, if you were to do too much. You will be likely becoming a pest. If there is no response every chance you makes the approach. It will be better to stop it immediately.
For the latter, If you are not rewarded in the 1st year. Work harder the next one. Discipline yourself. Show positive attitude. Show progress in your work. I believe you will be duly rewarded. Otherwise it will be time for you to go.
