*Payday cum Progress Package*
Yes for me its PPP. Or perhaps PAP. Nah just trying to be LAME. Cos I got my Pay from DLS. Then my Allowance from VSC. And Progress Package from Sg. So it forms up to PAP. Okie I know its lame.
For my Pay... It had been pro rated and I was so angry about it. Who will be so stupid to put 1st April to start work when it was a SAT. So I put it on the 3rd April and I was makaned for abt 200, Inclusive of employer CPF contribution Sad rite. If I were to be there on the 30th Mar, I would have get the full pay. Damn it.
Anyway PP is in, so the little sum is slowly forgotten, Wah kao where got little, its abt 100 extra to take home So after much calculation, it seem tat I got abit of $$ to play with Save up some and standby some. Somemore I will be driving to work soon. So everything got to come to place. Petrol, Parking, blah blah blah...
After last sat chatting session with Eugene. Guess that wanna get married isint so easy. House, Renovation, Wedding Ceremony... It will cost up to tens of thousand See how it calculated...
House, 4 room flat estimated 250k near to city. You need 20% payment which is 50k So how to get this 50k If say your pay is the same of what im getting. CPF contribution will be ard $500. So in a year I would have 6k in it. If I plan to get married in 3 years time. So my CPF will have ard 18k and with partner of equal amount, Which means ard 36k. Still a shortage of 14K. Divide it equally over 36mths = 400 to be saved per month by myself only.
Renovation say 30k Wedding Ceremony 20k not inclusive of dinner 50k over 36 mths = 1400 per month How will it be possible to save up 1800 per mth, even if its split to 2 person. Still a large amount.
So for those without savings do start to do so. If not you will end up not enough to fund all this. If say you got the wedding dinner @ 600 per table of ard 30 Another 18k to come out with. So better start early, even though enjoy life is the purpose of life. Wihout proper planning then next time you got to slog for your living.
For me Im more or less halfway thru the plans. So just awaiting.. And the 2nd half of my plan can proceed... Dun need to guess how much I had saved. Just see the way I spend.

*Awaiting for Payday*
Yeah man.. payday is coming. And I will be pocketing my very first pay of my life. Just need to work another week and I shall enjoy the fruits of my labour. Come on go go go... Wondering for myself if Im really interested in this Job? But it seem better as each day goes by. Just 3 weeks in the team, I had started to do pre-tender. Some say it was fast for a newcomer. I will do my very best, not onli try my best.
Last week meet Shuhui, Today meet Shuxuan. Okie I was late for about 1 and 1/2 hr. Because of work, so bo pian got to join them later. Coffee after dinner thats for sure. Jokes came in along the way. Some lame jokes.. Shall not elaborate it here. Too much to be said.
Once again been drove home by Ed. Cos had not been driving car to work. For the whole of 1 month only drive for a few day. However next month I shall start driving again. Regardless of carpark fee, ERP, petrol or what-so-ever. Dun drive more wasted, so use it.
Very soon I shall commence my search. A search for the things which I want.

I guess time flies really fast when you are doing something. Now Im already into the 3rd week of my working life. Luck has indeed been shining bright on me. So my company was like paying me to do some major filing for these few days to come. What to do, file lor too much documents on the project liao. Previous player make it so hard for people to search for the documents. Imagine nearly 20 boxes of papers, files for this project. Each into different works. Then I got to sort it out lor. Sianz.. abit of tough job. In office the best way of communication is using our mail. Sending out mails like chatting on msn. Of cos on a safer way to do so. Lunch has always been the headaches for everyone of us. Always dunno where to go and eat. Imagine 2 guys eating with about 9 girls had indeed brought us much attention. No group is able to substain such a high membership. Thats why we are been looked.
Very fast another weekend will come by again. Followed by next long weekend due to the labour day. In which we will be getting our progress package. Finally can see an increase of figure to my account. Should think of someways to increase the figures. And think of more ways to increase my monthly allowanace. If not 1.3 take home is not enough.

If you try to play someone out, you might be the one being played. This is what happen to me. Was trying to make one of my friend, Shuhui on stage. To sang a song for us at the Hark Music Cafe. So I quickly wrote down something and pass it to the delication point. Never knew that I had wrote something wrong. So the whole plan backfired. I wrote sound instead of song, what a silly mistake. Then what happen is I, yah Me got to go on stage instead of shuhui. Wah Kao damn paisei. Trying to think of ways to siam this thing. But no way to siam it, so just got to sing it lor. Jacky Cheung song of cos... Love is Forever, ai si yong heng. Imagine standing on the stage singing to so many people. And my voice is like killing chicken type. Really hope to finish the song asap. Luckily the guitarist is very willing to guide you through the song. At least not so pressure, cos not like Karaoke where u sing to the song. This the guitarist is following your pace. I can only say that Im real paisei, so my eyes was just focusing on the screen. Where the song lyrics is shown.
So so never ever try to play someone out.. Plans might backfired and you will be played out yourself. Indeed this is an enjoyable experience for me. Hehe now I got member liao. So next time go there slack also price will be cheaper. Now should go KTV and try to sing more. Know more songs other than Jacky Cheung. Cos once tried it onstage no more fright le. Of cos said is easier than done.

*Good Friday*
Yes Good Friday has arrived which means a Public Holiday for us. So this week of April had indeed end much earlier. From the start of this week DLS had employed another 2 classmate of mine. So now DLS had more than half of my classmates working there. So who's there?? Yude, Haiyen, Yanting, Verton, Alicia, Joyce, Yiling, Liping Sharifah, Siti Wida, Fida, Sharina, and me 13 out of 20 in there. Cant believe it. Seem to be like class outing.
4 days indeed flies fast. And I had completed 2 weeks in DLS. Another 2 more weeks I will be getting my very 1st pay. I had too much things for me to spend on. Luckily there's a progress package for me. $900 on top of my pay. Can take back $2k plus. But dun think it will be enuff for me to do anything with it.
Gradually life at DLS will be easier to go by. As more knowledge is gained along the way. But it means more OT from then, as more projects will be coming you way. No choice lah, this is the best way to do so. The seniors will guide you through.
Good Friday has came, I had blog on this for the past 2 days. Guess that after tonight this entry can be completed. Not bad for today, slack till 12pm then struggle to wake up. As the previous nite meet up with JJ for drink at Kallang Mac. Did nothing much for this special friday. Had my lunch at coffeeshop. Came home and went out shopping for shirt. I got not enough shirt to rotate for 2 weeks. So went on to MS, G2000 to get it. Saw the design n colours, but they got no stock. So went over to Suntec and too they dun have. In the end walk to Raffles City to get it. At least now I got more shirt to play along.

*Tiring*
This is the very 1st time I feel so physically stress out. Not because of work, but to the rest I had. This was especially on friday. So did it go.....
As usual went to work at 7.30 Reach DLS at ard 8.20 So work n work n work which mean To count n count n count. Had our lunch again at the people park complex.
Noon time was just staring into the computer to read notes. Read their SOP, contracts stuffs. Of cos at times surf net n sending emails ard. For sure friday was indeed easier to get pass.
5.30 came but still stuck in office. Got to help boss carry some stuffs for tml seminar. At least I get to go home eariler than the past few days. Thats good enough.
Reach home and had my dinner. Before proceeding over to PCC for my VSC duties. A combined operation with the CNB In the end wait and wait for it to commence. Tell us to fall in at 10 for briefing. Which only happen at 1150.
At around 1am we moved off. Straight to the place where we targeted. Club Momo... I think there were around 50 plus officers from CNB n Police. Stopped at the road side and rush to the place. Seemed like a big gang fight. Hook up our pass and just went in to our own location. After picking out the 'drugs addict' When we left the place it became half empty. Very fast the ops ended and back home to rest.
At around 4am I sleep and got to wake up at 7.15 Got to rush to my company seminar. Bo pian got to go, my team is making the presentation. Reached there, carry some boxes. Took some photos and the event started. Dozed off a few time cos I had seen the presentation before.
Best part was the team lunch for a buffet hi tea at merchant court. 1st thing I took... Sashimi lah, wat else. Just whack.. eat till shiok.. Overall not too bad for the food. Price was quite reasonable. What a way for a team bonding..
Went back shop to rest for awhile before proceeding to pick up william. We are having a ITE gathering at Plaza Sg. 5pm the meeting time and we thought that we are the earilest. But Jones and Eric beat us to it. Went to Cartel for our dinner. The surprise guest namely Junyi, seemed to disappeared after graduating from ITE. Well dinner ended fast and we were left programless again. Luckily Jerry intro a nice wine place, beside centrepoint. His brother is working there, so we manage to get to a nice cosy place for our drinks. Finish drinking supper was next. Went to the Kopitam behind the Youth Park. Not bad, it does serve great food, unlike the others. KTV followed on later at KBox. Sang from 1130pm to 4am. Woah like dying liao, eyes closing.. Still got to send our VIP guest back to tampines Good thing is that william follow me if not I might just fall asleep.
Rain starting to come heavy after alighting Junyi. All I can say the speed of my car was so slow... Finally reached home safe. Surf net for a while and sleep.. This is why I only finish writing on today, Monday 10/4. More to come, more topics to be wrote.

*Started Working*
Yes, finally I had started working at DLS Life was abit tough but fun as days go by. Learned alot of new stuffs, See alot of new people. All are very willing to guide you through. Now in the M&E unit, All the AQS, QS, SQS are all from NP. None are from SP but me had change the team. Someone with building background to do M&E. All was like so stunned.
I also dunno why the more I work the passion burn harder. No matter how tough it can be. Or how late I got to stay. There is something to keep me going. Perhaps I had already adjusted my thinking. To Learn and to enjoy. So this could be the little thing to bring me on..
Everyday lunch was just like a little gathering for my classmate Other than meeting in the morning to get our breakfast. Working near Chinatown was good for the food. But too much of a selection makes us hard to choose.
From a group of 6 initially. Then started to grow to more people. Then our classmates from rival coy ate wif us. It was a big crowd. Bigger crowd= larger table. So in the end got to split.
So this has been for the last 3 days of work.. Once my foundation had been piled on.. Then can start to search for projects. So just stay tuned for updates on projects.
