Can today considered as eventful? Actually did nothing much. Slack till late morning then went over to shop. So ate my br-unch, combi of breakfast and lunch. Then stay there to help out for awhile.
Came home around 3pm. So slack around surfing net. And finally went out. With dad, mum and sis.
Went over to Oasis @ Mulberry. To look at terrace house. Near Upper Aljunied Road. Woah... Nice place. Very spacious. Just for 1.5m If I got 75k cash now which is 5% I sure ask dad to book one. Then give up the enbloc. Invest the cash into it. Then my dad will be able to own 1 freehold property.
1.5m less 5%(75000) = 1.425m Cash from enbloc say $200k. Then 1.425 less 200k = 1.225m If say the loan taken for 20 years @ 5% fixed per year. Got to pay 10k per month..... Guess that got to wait for the next chance liao.. All I can say.. Its damn spacious.. Combi of 3 five room flat.. Got chance can go and see..

Not too bad for this show. Watch with Ed, Mavis, Angdao and Han. The way the person who escape death the 1st time. They are thinking how lucky they are. However the way they died subsequently was worse. Shall not discuss on this topic, If not you will know what will happen next.
So came sat.. Han, ed and me went Sim Lim. Each achieving our own aims. External harddisk cover. Optical Mouse Oops forget what han got himself. Sat down at Burger King for a while.
And off we go. To UBI again. Seriously we had nothing much better to do le. Sat and Sun just slacking around. So go see cars and at time condo's show flat. Just like a bunch of ah Siaz.
Honda fit 1.5S. Vtec engine. Just $64k. Honda is perhaps the only one. Whose manual is much expensive than auto car.
Each went for own program. For me going over to SLC 4th Anniversary dinner. Not too bad... Celebrate it at River Valley Point (if im not wrong) At this small pub call detention class. Got to know more guys from SLC. So next time go any meetup wouldnt be so sian le Food was good. But the prizes better. Luckily for me. I got the 11th prize. Its a Summit strut bar. Which worth about $170. The even heng part is that. They gave me the rear strut, as the bring the wrong one. If not I had to sell off the new one.
Event ended at 11pm and now left to meet the rest up. At kel's new place. Ate some Ba Qua. Chit chat for awhile Took some fotos. And the day end. Important part is that. Weili was waiting for me at my lobby. Which I had forgotten about it. I had let him waited 30minutes or even more. Sorrie...

*Long Time*
Its has been a long time since I last blog... So what has happen recently??
1. Now left with 1 semester paper, 1 BCSS and FYP interview. Very fast will finish my poly life.
2. Got a new laptop from the maxonline signup. So now using it to blog this blog.
3. Kelvin n estee going back Aus liao. This coming sunday.
4. Never blog for a long time. Since 16th Feb.
5. Rearranged my room le.. Now the desktop at my dad room. It really free up the space in my room.
6. Blue LEDs. Now my car abit blue blue le.. Nice colour for the interior.
7. Targetted Amps and Speaker. Saw this Audioson brand, comments was quite good. Most likely will go up the component speaker next month.
8. Targetted bodykit for my bare lancer. Too much bodykit around. Somemore after SLC meetup yesterday. Make me yearn for a bodykit.
9. Aim to slim down. Before going to work at DLS.
This is the things which I had done or considered for. Will be working hard towards it.
The next thing I will do is to change the layout again. Make it to a more user friendly type. Will add in 2nd hand section to sell off things.
Seem that our government had been very good. Giving us growth dividends. Thumbs up, cos can use the spare cash to spend again. Although it may not be thousands. But for all Singapore Citizen. Its a awful lot. Thanks PM Lee.. Indeed this very small cash handed out can did very little. But imagine, 4million Singaporeans. If all were to spend $400 each. It will generate 1.6billions of cash transactions. I believe it will eventually push up our GDP. Provided everyone spend.
Then eventually every company will earn more, Then employed more workers, Pay the worker more, Which they will spend more.
See this is a money cycle. It will help the unemployed to be employed. Work for a living 1st, dun bother how much you be getting. Then with the money you get from your pay. Spend it on the necessary. This will then help to bring growth.
People will think, this is a way to buy hearts of citizen. Because this sum of money may come so timely with election. But I think otherwise. Be it with cash or not. Singapore had been blessed with stable government. We do not need to worry on any changes on the leader of Singapore. No major changes.. Growth will be much easier. As investor dare to come into Singapore for investment. They dun do things for themselves. But for the whole nation.
So imagine better economy bring in more investor. So will create more jobs too. So it can be deem as good, unless u feel otherwise.

11/2/06 to 13/2/06. The very first gathering for almost all the XVI boys. Ranging from Eugene's group to Edward's group. A total of 20 over people gathered. Some with wife, some with kids. Time really flies. So who was there??
Eugene, Bee Chong, Chee Hua, Derrick, Sam Boon Keng, Songde, Hanping, Zhiwei, Edward, Junjie, Kelvin, Hancheng, James, Weili. Quite alot.. Wonder if I left out any??
Well, we prepare the food. First time so many of us can come together and Lao Yu Sheng. Its indeed fun to do so. But do we have to wait so long then gather again?
Lots of topic was shared. Cars was the most common topic. If im not wrong.. What was the car there on that night. Merc-Kel Imprezza-Han Lancer-Me Corolla-Junjie, Sam, Derrick Outlander-Boon Keng Jazz- Bee Chong Getz- Weili Madza 3- Eugene I believe there is alot more. Perhaps enough to fill up the parade square we once played.
Food was indeed enough. To last us for 2 days. Too much food. Our seniors, which was all of them. Asking if they need to chip in. Dun worry.. all was budgetted. If anyone wanna claim some money please come to me.
Sportsman Colour - Mahjong. This game cant run away during chalet. Everyone seem hook onto the game. Nothing much happen. Just that lots of transactions. Ya lah. Some win and some lose.
Anyway all good things will come to an end. The (-) point is that not all turn up. Never took a photo together. Wasted too much food. Time seem so short.

Once again the price of flowers will soar again. Roses, Sunflower and perhaps carnation. Its a time to give flowers once again. For me.. Nah.. Dont have the chance to give anyone anyflowers. So save up the money to buy for myself more things.
Slack at home for the 2nd day. Which was supposed to be the study break. As Im going to have my papers soon. Tomorrow still can go chalet enjoy till monday. Then go take the paper later in the noon. What am I trying to do right? Anyway will be bringing my notes over to do some read up. So next week quickly come and quickly go. Then I would not need the notes to be laying around my room.

Wednesday was the last day of study. And we got to prepare for the papers soon. So Thomas and Weixiang jio for rounding? or makan seesion. What a big turnout. Meet 1130 at Chomp Chomp But only a few turn up 1st. So meet up the rest at Lau Pa Sat And in the end we only meet and eat. Nothing else. Final Whistle at 2.45am.

Cool right.. Imagine in room filled with Hi-Tech IT stuffs. All having this same type of finishing. It will be like so class. A class of your own. This is the new PS3 look. Or how about Xbox 360 which feature below.
Both I think will be a worthly gadget to be added. If Im not mistaken. Both have the function of DVD player. And you will not have the need for another player. Cool, stylish look. Sure must get one of it when I move house.
Then connect it to a LCD TV.
People will feel woah..... You really can enjoy life. Connecting it to a CPU. Where you can record down miss movies. Hanging it on the wall save up spaces. It seem to be a must have in every house now. LCD or Plasma TV. However I would like to have one myself. In my little room next time. Having these bigger gadget. There is still a need for smaller stuffs. Laptop has becoming common and slowly replacing the desktop. If you are not looking for performance. Then laptop will be more than enough to surf net and doing assignment. The even smaller one- Handphone. Perhaps the most important gadget to have. As you cant move around without it anymore.
The ugliest part will be the aircon unit. If it is installed with this sleek looking unit. It will be like adding another class to your room So any other things that can be added??? Much better looking Fan? There are way too many. If all nice things to be bought. Then the space of your room must be big. Otherwise you cant bring out the style of it.

Perhaps Im also into the trend of spending money. Doesnt seem to think too much in spending another cent. Hopefully it will not become a habit of mine. Today spend $58.00 to fix up window visors. Guess that I will be adding more things each month.
What had I previously added on. 1. KNN drop in filter with cyclone 2 - $220 2. Phillps DV and Summit Strut Bar - $225 3. Stickers - $70 4. Open pod, hs, cai and wire mess - $320 5. Interior Lights - $90 6. Short shifter - $100 7. 4-2-1 extractor - $260
Woah already spend this kind of money. Before I even started working. Guess that I need someone to help me control my spending. If not the next few things I will spend on.
Guess that month by month I will start changing one of it. How can I... When I plan to save up money for my insurance premium. This April sure 'cha lat' liao.
This week also mark the last week of studies in Singapore Poly. From next week onward. It shall be the term test and the semester paper. Very fast I will be ending my studies in Poly.
Any Ideas to earn more money. I guess that no one out there is satisfied with what they are earning. Some might say enough to feed onself is okie. What happen when there is a rainy day. Thus you need to earn more money now. And prepare yourself for any bad scenario.
Something which I can do to earn a little extra cash. 1. Do more VSC duties. ($2.80/hr) 2. Collect more old newspaper, cardboard..... etc... ($0.10/kg) 3. Do delivery services. ($20.00 per trip) 4. What else can I do... servicing bicycle?? ($20.00 per bike)
Lotsa ideas. But without doing it. The cash will not come in too. So put all plans into action.

This topic had grow increasing popular in our group. Buying Honda V-TEC FIT for Edward. With Kelvin been keen in this model. But this will be likely a year later. In the past, we used to say 5 years. We will change to the same car as one another. And now we are left with only 2 more years. So 2 years later, what will be the car we will buy?
Before buying new car.. You need to buy a new house. So buy where? Le Cresendo. Kelvin new place. Condominium located along paya lebar road.
The place was like... woah. Very simple and yet bringing out class in it. Imagine. Some units are served by private lift. Thats the interesting part for the condo unit. Square concept brings out the space. Hence the unit do not look small. Things doesnt come perfect.
There will be some faults here and there. Badminton court in an open space. How to play when the shuttle listen to the wind instead of you. Fountains built in swimming pool. Sure got things will happen.
But for a condo of freehold status. Some unit reach as high as 1.1 million. With a price of 619 per sq ft. The price was unbelievable. If can kena this week toto. Sure go and buy 1 unit. Most likely a very good investment. Having a N-S view. Unblock front view. Staying in high floor can even view East Coast Park. So got chance for anyone. Condo will be very common. It has become a status for anyone.
With a condo in hand one One can easily get the 5 Cs. Condo Car Cash Career Credit Card.
So now dun say buying new cars Buy house. Condo especially.

This joke of the day came by after my dinner While sending ed, kel, mavis n estee back.
Never knew that we are meeting for dinner. Then received a call from ms m. Sounding like so excited. To me just like a nuisance.
Can you imagine..... When you are driving. Then a friend of yours called. " aloo aloo are you coming to KFC " WTF right. What and which KFC will I know to go to. Im still driving, call you back later, I replied. So after my classmates alighted. Then I call back. And that was crap. Say that I reply the call with attitude. 6pm, then I know meeting for dinner. Who knows I might have my program too. Then I also dun care much. As there wasnt any info of where to eat.
Reach dad shop and called estee. Someone who can talk and explain things better. Then I know where to meet later. Which is at Bugis. KFC.. in the xiong di terms it mean at Kallang KFC. Who will know to be at bugis outlet. Or KFC = Kelly Fan Club. Come on ms m, next time please sat PROPE RLY.
So upon reaching Bugis, Never to KFC. Went over to Chilli Padi for Nonya Buffet. Not bad for the price for the kind of food. Never eat too much. But spend nearly 2 hrs on the dining table.
Did nothing much again after dinner. As usual just walk around. Then start to proceed home. So now the joke is about to start.
Whilst driving different topic was discussed. Then related to weili. Which to walkie talkie. For what xiong di know, Weili got 2 set of walkie for us. And he also has a set. In the end... Ms m act clever. She thought that walkie refers to she, ms e and ms mich So purposely wanna disturb the rest of the chat. By asking questions after questions. Making us to repeat the answer. Red card for ms m. Only ms e to carry on asking.
In the end then they got the answer which we had said. Cos they do not believe.... And this is the main part of the joke.

Kinda wasted. Never took any photos together. Nor taking shots of Alex's newly done up house. What I can say is that the house is very nicely renovated. Simply and yet elegant. Quite a good price for the work done. His place was indeed hard to access. Got a hard time looking for it.
We had not met each other for months. Luckily now Alex got his place for this gathering. Even though not in full strength. It is still an enjoyable night to spend on.
Watching Alex's wedding DVD. Playing blackjacks till 1030. And off we go. All need to go back and rest. Got to wait for another gathering again.
Most likely to be on march. A BBQ session at yishun dam? Or at my place. That will be discuss later.

Anyway CNY had not ended yet. Just that the public holidays was over. Very fast and we are in Feb. Time has indeed run out fast. We do need to grab it well. Otherwise it will be gone just like a snap on your finger.
So what is the other few days we are celebrating. During the 15 days of CNY. on the 7th day, the 'ren' day. Which is everyone birthday. Then on the 9th is another day of praying. 15th is the chinese v.day. Anyway still can go visit any relatives or friends. If you haven do so.
Very fast my term test and semester paper will come. The very last few papers I will take in poly. After which I can relax for a month.
Guess that this year, the special day. I will be celebrating with my lecture notes. And cant have the chance to spurge on someone. Too bad.. So can add another few more stuffs to my car liao. If not it look too plain le.
Very fast a month will be over very soon. Some may know what Im writing. Anyway dun ask me too much. Cos whatever I say might just be deceiving. It really got to be the other party heart. Perhaps Im scared too. Scared of failure. Or Im just a failer. A person who failed terribly in this. No matter how good would I be. This would be the most difficult problem to solve. So I think I shouldnt think too much. If we are the fate couple. Then make us together. If not give me something to forget all about it.
Am I really a good guy? Or am I just another poser in front of so many. Am I wicked in heart. Or am I just trying to vie for attention. Am I really righteous. Or I'm just trying to win everyone heart.
