Run 1 is a total new thing from Jog 1. Jog was meant for the runs I did in the gym While run will be meant for the runs outside. Did my 1st run at Bedok Res. Completed the whole course in 40min Seem a little slow. Distance cover should be more than 4.3km. Indeed a very nice workout. The stunning part was not I had jog there. Its with who I had jog with. My sec sch classmate. Never ever think that I would ever do it.
The Jog was nice with some catch up for the past 8 years. So much things had happen So much things had been mistaken So much things to be remembered So much of a surprise Thats so much for the time being..
Run 2 will come soon.. With the target of getting it done below 30min
