Ya did my Jog 4.. But a very short one only.. It had told me that consistency is very important.
After 4 days of slacking. Then when I go up the threadmill. I just go push myself as hard.
Set the speed at 13.0 in order to hit 2.4km below 12min Then only 3min through the run of 600m Game over for me. Cant carry on anymore.
Rest for awhile and do it at speed 8.0 Then only managed to do another 7mins and die off again. So went over to the cycling section. Did the fats burn and also for another 10mins.
Thats all for the exercise yesternite. Tonight shall run again. But I feel that I can do much better.
Cos yesternite was another warm up session. Shall do: 5min of speed 13.0 10min of speed 8.0 10min of speed 9.0 5min of speed 10.0 Shall see how it goes later..
