October has came | Thursday, October 05, 2006


Time flies very fast indeed.
Now we are into the month of October.
And soon there will be lots of things to do.
My Exams coming up at the 4th week of October.
And the balloting exercise for the new shop coming end Oct.
Edward will be getting his house key soon.
Still got what other things/event coming up??

This year Christmas celebration will be at Edward new home.
Kelvin will be back by then.
Junjie ROMing on 28 Dec
Hancheng still at Taiwan
Where will Weili be
Mr James doing what?
And not forgetting Dex nesting his Web.
Also Zhide with his ever not ready web.

Any other target to set..
Or any dreams to wish..
Life cant be satisfied in anyway.
For we are born to dream.
Without these little dream.
It will be pointless to remain.
If life can ever be simple.
The place shall be at Africa.
No great worries.

Meanwhile for me..
The target which I had/might said.
Some may be ongoing.
While some isnt touch yet.

Plans:-
1. Saving: Save 5k
Target Completion Date: 31st Dec 2006
Progess: 50% as to date
Time remain: 3 more pay.

2. Did I set anymore other than saving?
Or in search for the one??
Or for studies??

Wanna start some concrete plans soon.
And to dare myself to dream.
For the ideas there.
Then can do something great.
Of cos not something unrealistic.

Eg: Plan to get a house.
Then you must prepare to save.
If you start working with a pay of $2k.
Your CPF contribution will be $660
And you have the intention to get a house in 2 year time.
Your total CPF contribution will be 15k, if 2 person 30k.
Then more or less you are in the safe zone.
Unless you are getting places like Bishan..
Thats for the payment of the house.
If you indeed like the house v much.
However it was to be sold above valuation.
You got to fork out that sum of money.
5k to 20k, it depends.
How about renovation.
Another 10k to be taken up.
Just with regards to purchasing a house.
You will need ard this much.
Of course can get renovation loan.
So possible one should try to save up.
Otherwise getting loans later may incurred more interest.
Hear from experience person and you will know.
