Finally I got my hands on this online game After it had launch for quite sometime then I started playing. Nice game indeed. If you wanna join in the fun, look for me at the relm - Kalecgos Real power for this game.. Alot of things to do also. So you will not feel bored playing it. Everynight sure got play for a while Now level 12 liao still got 48 levels to go.. Which means another 48days to do so. Perhaps sunday will chiong 5 levels. Kinda additive game.
Tml night will be the DLS appreciation night. Each team got to wear a movie theme. For my team it will be considered as the simplest among all. We will be doing Men in Black. Haha simple right. While other teams think of.. Pirates of Carribean, Flinstone, Grease blah blah blah. Even though our team doing the simplest of them all. At least we do it as a team. From saying we will dress up like the cannibals from the POC. To internal affairs as Andy Lau n Tony Leong.. hope i never spell wrongly. Ours is too simple le, how can let people know what we are doing.
July will be ending soon. Which means payday arriving at any minute. However next month will be another tough month to get thru. No more reservist.. Nah.. Just tat got too much class le, Kinda taxing.. There will be only 1 public holiday then. Too much things to do le..
Yeah on leave next monday. To do assignments, hopefully I do so. If not sure cannot complete it. Cannot slack liao..

Wah kaoz, using chinese to write blog is indeed not easy. I think it will be much better to write in english and converse in chinese. The valuation for the whole of Sims drive had arrived. So most likely in 5 years time, there would be enough money to invest on something. As then the price will be cheap, interest rate will be low. Thats what some are hoping for. In 1996 when my dad bought the Simsville condo, Also believing that property prices will not fall. And it seem that land prices are expensive and price will go up. Too bad my dad never study econs. He did not know much on supply and demand. Thats what happen. At one verge too much demands. So property developers try to meet the demand and thus over supply. Too much of something isnt good for the players in the market. Thats why prices drop. Some people cant finance their house, they also drop.
So after much calculation done for my dad. There will be a chance for him to fulfil his dream. A freehold landed property. 748,000.00 less bank loan for old shop 220,000.00 528,000.00 less the surplus for new HDB 50,000.00 478,000.00 less 200,000.00 for condo. 278,000.00 less 150,000.00 for new shop So now left with 128,000.00
So what will the liabilties be... New shop @ boon keng - 370,000.00 Condo - 200,000.00 New shop @5% interest, monthly payment will be ard 3,100.00 for 20 years Condo @5% interest, it will be ard 2,500 for 10 years Car financing for 700 per month It will make up to ard 6,300.00 Guess that in this way it will be much better. Then after refinance the condo, in 2 years time for a full payment. So there will not be much to worry about. Spare cash will be directed towards savings. Thus in another 3 years after the full payment of the condo. There will be another sum of money there to invest, Provided the economy is bad then.

World Cup had Ended | Monday, July 10, 2006
*World Cup had Ended*
10 July 2006 marks the end of the world cup. With Italy lifting the world cup through penalty shootout against france. So now in 18 World Cup, there are only 7 winners Brazil - 5 times Italy - 4 times Germany - 3 times Argentina, Uraguay - 2 times England, France - 1 time World cup ending and so is my reservist. Tonight will be the last night shift Im doing, Once again I will miss one lesson of class..
For this reservist all can say is fun.. Learn and see quite alot of new things. After joining 6 days of reservist days with Team Delta. Their friendiness spurred me to join them for my VSC duties. So 11 July I end my 2nd cycle of reservist, 8 more to go.
2 weeks of sch also finish.. Just needing another 7 weeks or so.. But assignments are coming up.. So starting to stress up lor..
Finally after 10 days of slacking I will complete up this entry. Had started playing World of Warcraft. So who wanna play join me and anthony. Guess that there will be more fun playing together.

*Graduation 2006*
06072006 marks the end of the 3 years of poly life in Singapore Poly. Everyone has long awaited for this diploma since we finish our papers in March. A long wait for everyone indeed. The whole ceremony was indeed very fast. 1.5 hrs and all had been completed. With most of the time spent taking photos. Photos and more photos for everyone. Groups, individual, with lecturers. This session seem endless until the rain came. And send everyone packing up and proceed to department office.
At least there will be something for everyone to remember. The time we had spent there was so much memorable. Indeed good things doesnt last long. Everyone of us had graduate, Some went NS, some work in the same field and some to other line.
Celebration or gathering continue for different groups. Suki sushi was where my class had proceed to. Cheap buffet was one thing but the food not that great.. Then shopping and dazing around is the next best thing to do. Finally settle down at border's NYDC. Had drinks, chat awhile and its final whistle.
All had went home, so I proceed over to Hark music cafe. In bid to give support to Ezann, Yishan english name.. No doubts she beat the other 7 contestant hands down. Never stay there long, after she finish her song and off I go. As the next morning Im on shift again..
